Event description

Twin Peaks Meetup Wellington: Watching "The Pilot"

If the sound of watching Twin Peaks together with a bunch of like minded fans sounds like a good idea, then you've come to the right place!

We are going to watch the Pilot episode, also known as "Northwest Passage".

Written by Mark Frost, David Lynch and directed by David Lynch. We'll be playing the original 94min version that premiered in 1990 from the "Z to A " Blu-ray; not the international version of the pilot with alternate ending.

This is a small community screening that is not for profit, but put on for the pure love of the show & fans and a good reason to get us all together for a rewatch.

All ticket costs go towards the venue hire.

WHERE: The mini cinema in Te Auaha. 65 Dixon St. Te Aro.

(Walk up the stairs to Level 1 and turn left. Its at the end near the bar area.)
The mini cinema's specs: 4K projection, Screen size 4450mm x 2500mm, Aspect ratio 16:9 with 7.1 surround sound

Here is a link to Te Auaha's cinema so you know what to expect.

COST: Tickets are $10 per person to help pay for the venue.

Tickets will be capped/limited so that everyone can have a decent seat. So grab those tickets ASAP and don't miss out.
