Event description

Your Super Slick Slice of Indie-Pop Pie 🥧

Nuria comprises the four-piece Tasmanian grown band—tied with the bow of a fiddle. With a sound likened to the heights of Lana Del Rey, Vera Blue and Missy Higgins, their show ranges from intimately paired back ballads to full-bodied anthems.

Catch them this January joined by a collection of top-tier local talent.

_______________

Tahi is the Hobart based creative vehicle for singer/songwriter Leah Randall. With Maori heritage, she recently moved to the edge of the world. Her songs are worldly and romantic with a universal appeal and pop sensibilities. Hobart is the perfect setting for talented musicians Ruben, Mathew, Adrian and Paul, collectively under the name Tahi, to promote a new single ‘Tend To Me’ feat. Robotikus. Tahi’s songs, however, have a distinctly dream pop and shoegaze buzz. The result is imaginative, boundless indie pop that shimmers with bold melodies and personal, poetic lyrics.

_______________

Glass Media, an indie pop rock trio from nipaluna/Hobart, Tasmania, blends catchy melodies with energetic rock. Anna Hensher (bass & vocals), Archer Lane (guitar) and Max Greenwood (drums) have quickly made a name for themselves capturing the essence of their Tasmanian roots. Known for their captivating performances, they bring a fresh twist to the local music scene.

_______________

Dave Clark from the Nipaluna/Hobart region, is a singer/songwriter who blends elements of folk music with contemporary rock. Inspired by the power of music and its capability for transformation, Dave doesn’t mince words. Offering a blend of social commentary and introspective themes of life and love, Dave Clark is sure to capture your attention.
