The World Needs A Father - Mums Talk
Event description
Have you wondered if you could go back in time and have do-over, a mulligan – how your kids and how their relationship with their father and you might be different?
Research has shown that the at the heart of most of today’s societal problems is the issue of fatherlessness, encompassing both physically and emotionally absence. This is borne out by some statistics which show a strong correlation between absent fathers and behavioural disorders, mental health especially with boys and even teenage pregnancies.
I have found that fathers have significant role to play in the lives of our children, especially during the early formative years. To this end, The World Needs A Father is a global movement of men and women committed to building unbreakable families and healthy communities.
C.S Lewis is quoted as saying “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the end.
So, make the most of the opportunity afforded to us by the current COVID-19 restrictions and come join us by registering for Mums Talk, a free 6 week online course (20-April - 25 May) delivered via Zoom, which is open to those ladies wanting to find out more about their role within the family, and how this impacts us, our partners and the lives of children. This is not a parenting course.
The best is yet to come, because knowing that our everyday choices (we make) as parents, changes the lives of our children. To attend, get your free tickets by clicking on the link above.
