Join us at The Landing for another Two Good Tuesday - our monthly lunch series that celebrates the family meals and generational flavours behind our beloved Two Good team, around a shared table that brings people together over heartfelt food and meaningful connections.

October’s edition celebrates a produce-forward lunch presented with Meredith Dairy, showcasing their beloved goat's cheese and their prize-winning Capretto — a delicacy on tables across the Mediterranean and Europe (as well as the menus of Mike McEnearney and Peter Gilmore). Raised slowly and cared for well, Capretto reflects a farm that does right by everything it produces, letting nothing good go to waste.

Head Chef Anjali Kothare will create a seasonal menu spotlighting Meredith Dairy’s produce and thoughtful, sustainable sourcing from paddock to plate. On the day, Tania Prasad from Meredith Dairy will introduce guests to the world of Meredith Dairy and share the story behind the Capretto.

The best part? Every ticket directly funds Two Good Co’s work empowering and employing women who have experienced homelessness, domestic violence or complex trauma, helping create pathways through employment, training and community.

Every dish on the table starts long before it reaches the kitchen — in the paddocks, the pastures and the daily decisions of the farmers who raise it. Meredith Dairy has spent three generations on their family farm west of Melbourne treating sustainability as a discipline, not a slogan: caring for their land, their water and every animal on the property.

Capretto is part of that same story, with a philosophy that sits naturally alongside Two Good’s own belief in dignity, purpose and second chances — building something nourishing out of every opportunity.

Head Chef Anjali Kothare will carry that story onto the plate, using Meredith Dairy’s Capretto and seasonal produce to remind everyone at this month’s Two Good Tuesday that good food, done thoughtfully, is a reason to celebrate — on the farm and around the table.

The Landing at VicX Tower, located above Victoria Cross Metro Station in North Sydney, is a purpose-led community hub and event space designed to foster connection and social impact. Created through a proud partnership between Lendlease and Two Good Co, the space offers a flexible environment for meetings, workshops and community events within the new Victoria Cross commercial precinct.
