2025 U14 Emerging Trial

Basketball Queensland (BQ) is excited to announce the expansion of our Emerging Teams Program, with the introduction of a new Under 14 Emerging age group in 2025.

Under 14 Emerging Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Under 14 Emerging trials, athletes must meet the following criteria:

• Born in 2013, making them bottom-age Under 14s in 2025

• Must be currently registered with a Basketball Queensland affiliated association

• Must be currently registered as a representative player in a Basketball Queensland affiliated association. Must have played U14 Representative basketball in 2025.

Trial Details:

• South Male Trial Monday 22nd September @ Logan Metro
  Session 1: 9.00am - 10.30am
  Session 2: 11.30am - 1.00pm

• South Female Trial Tuesday 23rd September @ Logan Metro
  Session 1: 9.00am - 10.30am
  Session 2: 11.30am - 1.00pm

• North Athlete Trial (Male and Female) Saturday 4th October @ Townsville Basketball
  Session 1: 9.00am - 10.30am GIRLS

  Session 2: 10.30am - 12.00pm BOYS

  Session 3: 1.00pm - 2.30pm GIRLS

  Session 4: 2.30pm - 4.00pm BOYS

*Official session times will be released closer to the trial day/s
