HIF UCAT Strategy Workshop

UCAT STRATEGY WORKSHOP:

In preparation for the UCAT, Health in Focus is running a UCAT strategy workshop on Sunday 19/06! The session is run by current first and second-year Medicine and Dentistry students and includes:

✅ All Subtest Content Breakdown: Our team will provide an overview of each subtest with examples, highlighting key aspects to focus on. 

✅ Essential Tips & Tricks: Our team all scored exceptionally well in the UCAT, with two scoring 3300 (high 99th percentile)! They will provide exclusive insight into how they performed so well in the exam. 

✅ Full Mock Examination: After the event, students will receive a Health in Focus Mock UCAT Exam alongside the Powerpoint Slides covered in the session

✅ Have Your Questions Answered!: Have any queries or concerns about the UCAT or Medicine? Our team will be more than happy to answer any questions during the session, and will be holding a short Q&A at the end!

WORKSHOP TIMETABLE:

The workshop goes for 5 hours and features worked examples, tips and tricks, and plenty of practice questions! You will have a breakout room for each subtest where you can more closely interact with our team. The session will run as follows (in AEST):

• 1:00 - 1:15: Introduction
• 1:15 - 4:35: Subtest Breakout Rooms (50 minutes each of VR, DM, QR, & AR rotations) 
• 4:35 - 5:00: SJT Skills & Tips
• 5:00 - 5:30: Exam Day Tips & Preparation Strategies
• 5:30 - 6:00: Q&A Session 
• After 6:00: Session Slides & Full Mock Exam to be emailed out to students!
