Ukeleles in the Glebe
Event description
Gardeners for Wildlife cordially invite you, your friends and family to
Sunday Afternoon in the Glebe
A concert to raise funds for Australian Wildlife Conservancy with music by the Fuschsia House Ukelele Players
The Fuchsias are a community group which started in 2017 with a few friends who played their ukuleles together in the Fuchsia House at the Royal Hobart Botanical Gardens, hence the name. The Fuchsias have now grown to over thirty players who have shared their music with many people over the years.
The Fuchsias, together with Gardeners for Wildlife, are delighted to have this opportunity to raise funds for the Australian Wildlife Conservancy in the beautifully restored Philip Smith Centre, Glebe. We hope you can join us for a terrific afternoon with great music, a delicious Devonshire tea, trade table and raffle.
