Ultimate Beginners Guide - Intro to Video Editing (DaVinci Resolve)

This 4-hour workshop is a beginner's guide to learning and developing video editing skills. You will learn techniques and strategies to help you with storytelling and create certain moods/emotions. Whether you want to edit and create interesting YouTube videos, TikTok videos, or learn a new skill set; this course will teach you that and many more. While it is encouraged to bring your own footage to this workshop, footage will be provided. We will be using an editing program called Davinci Resolve which is free and available on Mac and Windows (it would be best if it is downloaded before the event, DO NOT download studio version:https://www.blackmagicdesign.c.... While the software is free, it has been called an 'alternative' to more professional software like Adobe Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro. This workshop is suitable for boys and girls aged 9+.
