'UNBOUND - Bodies in Space' with Lily Potger

Move your body, expand your mind, and most importantly, connect with others in a supportive and inspiring space.
This 3-hr dance workshop, led by Lily Potger (Australasian Dance Collective company artist), focuses on contemporary and undisciplined movement practices, offering an accessible and engaging introduction to contemporary dance. Participants will start with a fun and inclusive warm-up designed for all abilities, exploring the fundamentals of contemporary dance technique. From there, the session transitions into improvisational practice, inviting participants to delve into themes of identity, place, and community through movement and embodied exploration.
Who can attend: This workshop welcomes everyone aged 12+, from seasoned dance professionals to those simply curious about movement and creative expression. No prior dance experience is needed - just an open mind and a willingness to explore and have fun!
