Uncovering the Hidden Dynamics in your Business, Teams, or Leadership

In this in-person workshop we will be hands on using The Circle Tool and Business Constellation Work to address and work with hidden dynamics—relational, structural, and power-based. In these sessions we’ll show how “representatives” can be used to make a visible 3-D picture that helps us see at-a-glance the hidden dynamics operating within a business or team and to find new possibilities and strategies for change and a positive path forward.

When: Each session has special topics and are not consecutive so attend one or several.

Wednesday, October 23 | 10 AM - 2 PM – focus on times of transition and change.

Friday, October 25 | 1 PM - 5 PM – focus on building effective teams.

Tuesday, October 29 | 8 AM - Noon – focus on leading and managing.
