CA Catalyst Launch: Uncovering the State of Fintech in WA

The influence of Fintech (Financial Technology) companies in Australia and globally continues to grow and the possibilities for the future are exciting. To launch the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand Catalyst program, in partnership with Spacecubed, join us for a “Meet the Fintechs” style session to hear from some of Perth’s own Fintech companies making their mark.
We would like to introduce you to a diverse range of local Fintech’s on the evening, some who are innovating in the personal finance and wealth sectors and others who have developed products to influence the future of financial services for larger organisations, listed companies and banks.
Beginning with a short introduction to bring awareness of what Fintech is, the event will then continue with speakers from local Perth Fintech companies about what they hope to achieve in their respective areas and their personal insights into the future of Fintech both locally and globally.
There will be plenty of time for Q & A from the audience too if you have ever wondered about topics such as, the possibilities arising from Open Banking and Consumer Data right, practical applications for blockchain in financial services, the difference between embedded and decentralised models, the future of personal finance and investment applications – please come along and ask your questions to our panel!
