Undercurrent passes already include entry to this event. A limited number of tickets are available for those not attending the full Undercurrent 2027 programme. The Organic Wine Party will be held at Sherwood on the opening night of the conference (1 June), from 5:00–7:00pm. Taste iconic organic wines from Aotearoa and beyond, meet the growers and makers behind them, and enjoy thoughtfully crafted food in one of Queenstown's most spectacular Michelin Star restaurants.

A twilight cruise across Lake Wakatipu will take guests to Walter Peak High Country Farm for a farm-to-table gourmet BBQ feast. As the evening unfolds, gather around crackling fire pits beneath the stars, with great organic wine, good company, and the chance to soak up the magic of the southern night sky. Following conference proceedings on the second evening (2 June), stroll down to Steamer Wharf, an eight-minute walk from the Queenstown Memorial Centre, to meet and board vessels at 4:45pm. The experience departs Queenstown at 5:00pm and returns at 9:00pm.
