Understanding Adolescence

Reach Out Waiheke is aware that parents and other supporters are struggling with their adolescent's mental wellbeing. As Waiheke's mental health organisation, our first response to this issue is a speaker from a trusted organisation, Brainwave. While Brainwave has traditionally specialised in early brain development, they also have expertise in adolescents. 

Come and join us for an evening of kai, an expert speaker on adolescence and a chance to connect, ask questions and discuss what's on top for you and your young people. We are undertaking this evening with the help of Waiheke Sustainability Centre, so you already know you'll be in good hands in terms of food, manaakitanga and welcome.
