We are excited to host these workshops at Ross House located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. You can get to the venue by: Tram: The closest Tram stops are located on Flinders ST, Swantson ST, Collins ST and Elizabeth ST Train: Ross House is located 250 metres from Flinders Street Station Car: There are car parks located throughout Melbourne's CBD.

Entry instructions

You can access the building from Flinders Lane, there is a wheelchair-friendly entrance indicated by TGSI tactile tiles on the footpath.

After entry instructions

The workshops will be held in the New Rainbow Room located on the 4th Floor. You can access the room by using the elevator located in the foyer of the building.

Hazards

Ross House has been adapted to be disability friendly, however as it is a period building there may be some limitations.

Toilet location

There are accessible all gender bathrooms located on each floor of the building, we will let you know where the closest one is located on the day.

Accessible parking

There are 3 Accessible parking spaces located close to the venue. Two are located right outside the building on Flinders Lane and a third is about 20 metres further up on the corner of Royston Place.

Sensory Information

This event will be a sensory-friendly experience. We will have a range of fidget tools that you can use and we won't be using any microphones, loud sounds or flashing lights. Some of the workshops may feature a short video that will have captioning. If at any time you feel overwhelmed feel free to step outside the room and take a break.

Hidden Disability Sunflower

We proudly support the Hidden Disability Sunflower and encourage anyone with a sunflower lanyard, wristband or pin to wear them to the event. Wearing a sunflower product lets us know that someone has a non-visible disability such as autism and may need some additional support or time.
