Understanding before optimising: AI and your digital process

You can’t optimise a process with AI until you properly understand how that process works. In this session, the Springload Te Pipītanga development team will share how they mapped out their workflow, triage new AI tools, and where they see these tools being able to add real value for our business and clients. It’s a practical, human-first approach to using AI in digital development — focused on fit, not hype.

We’ll share how we:

• Mapped out our current processes
• Triage and test AI tools as they appear
• Identify where they can fit into our workflow effectively
• Maintain human oversight and accountability.
