    If you employ staff in your small business or are thinking of doing so, it’s essential to understand your employer obligations, to ensure your business is legally compliant and creates a positive workplace culture.

    In this workshop, we will cover recent and upcoming changes in employment law. You’ll receive an overview of the expansions to flexible working requests, updates to pay secrecy laws, the latest in family and domestic violence leave policies, new restrictions on fixed-term contracts, and enhanced protections against workplace sexual harassment.

    You will learn how to to navigate the complexities of current and future legislative changes to understand how they impact you, your business and your employees.
