- Session 1 unravels the Dimensions of Inclusion and explores why diversity falls short without inclusion. Discover the benefits of the 'Employee Role' and the power of Inclusive Language. Using key concepts to open doors to a broader range of workers.
- Session 2 delves into best practices, Reasonable Adjustments, and demystifies Legal Responsibilities and other inclusive employment myths.
- Session 3 introduces Job Customization, explores opportunities with social enterprises or microenterprises, and Inclusive Recruitment strategies.
- In Session 4, learn the art of Inclusive Leadership, effective Induction and Training, and the significance of Flexible Work Arrangements
