Join our workshop with Kirsten the Kinesiologist, and Jenny the Chiropractor as they dive into a myriad of different topics over 2 monthly workshops online
Some of the topics that will be covered are:
- what is Kinesiology and Chiropractic and how they work
- the connection between the physical, chemical and emotional: how an emotion can manifest as a physical problem
- the effects of stress on the body
- pain or issues that just won't go away
- jaw release, cranial work and the dural system
- emotional dysregulation and learning difficulties

The first event will start at 6:15pm on Wednesday 17th April and the second event will start at 6:15pm on Wednesday 15th May.
You do NOT need to have attended the first one in order to understand the second one, so please join us when you can!
