Understanding People and Personalities (3 x 2hr Workshops)

Have you felt frustrated when your spouse or children seems to view life from a completely different angle than you? Do you get confused when one style of communication works great for some people but not for others? Are you part of a team where differences cause friction instead of collaboration?

"Everyone is different, but they are predictably different".

Being able to understand, appreciate and leverage differences in personalities can lead to better self awareness, enable effective communication, build deeper relationships and construct effective teams.

This interactive and fun 3 week workshop uses a simplified DISC behaviour assessment tool and an understanding of the four personality types to promote a deeper understanding of both yourself and other people.

This is essential for both individuals and groups who wish to improve their interpersonal skills, work better in a team, deepen romantic relationships or further develop their career.
