Event description
This school holiday workshop at the LMA is tailored for children aged 7-9 years and 10-13 years in Western Sydney.
It is a dynamic session with 6-8 enthusiastic participants engaging in interactive workshops covering a spectrum of enriching activities, including insightful information about Palestine, hands-on exercises focusing on understanding and managing emotions, art therapy, discussions on social awareness, resilience-building activities, breathing, grounding, and relaxation exercises, and a lively conclusion featuring lessons on the traditional Palestinian dabke dance that the children will thoroughly enjoy. This workshop will have an Islamic focus.

Children aged 7-9
- - Boys only class (6 boys max) January 13th 10am-2pm
- - Girls only class (8 girls max) January 15th 10am-2pm
Children aged 10-13
- - Boys only class (6 boys max). January 20th 10am-2pm
- - Girls only class (8 girls max). January 22nd 10am-2pm
Note:
Parents must drop off children in person and sign consent forms.
Parents must provide lunch (in case of allergies or dietary needs)
Parents who missed out on registration due to limit of numbers cannot just show up at the event to drop their child off.
