Understanding the Impact of Substance Use and Human Trafficking
Event description
The use of substances can play a role in exploitation and presents in a variety of ways. Substances may be used by traffickers to encourage compliance by a victim, it may be used to get a victim addicted, or substances may play a role in a survivor’s life as they cope and heal from complex traumas. Come learn from experts to gain a better understanding of the impact of substance use in our region and the role it plays in exploitation of minors and adults.

Early-bird tickets start at $100,and go up to $130 on Dec. 27th. Ticket price includes a light breakfast and lunch. There are also options to purchase tickets that inlcude a gift from the Coalition and discounted tickets when buying in bulk.
