Join us for this special webinar which explains the rise of the Manosphere with Dr Ben 'Tim' Rich. This workshops will explore:

• technological, social, political and gendered origins of the manosphere
• the role of influencers and the techniques they use to foster and spread ideas in and out of the community. 

Dr Ben 'Tim' Rich is a senior lecturer in International Relations and History at Curtin University. He has a background in research and work around various forms of extremism, including foreign fighters, the relationship between authoritarian governance and fundamentalist religion, the manosphere, the political economy of extremist influencers, and the loss of meaning in late modernity.
