Understanding Your Child's Sleep

Every month, Surf Coast Shire Child and Family Health present FREE  evidence based sleep and settling information for parents of children from birth to pre-school.  Facilitated by a qualified Maternal and Child Health Nurse these sessions aim to demystify your child's sleep, and give you practical strategies to address any concerns you might have.

Please note, this session is ONLY for families residing in the Surf Coast Shire in Victoria, Australia.
