About EWOV

EWOV is a not-for-profit, independent service dedicated to resolving disputes fairly and impartially. We are not part of the government—we examine the facts of every complaint to reach a balanced and reasonable outcome as quickly as possible.

Beyond dispute resolution, EWOV provides valuable information to consumers and connects them with additional support services. Our goal is to ensure all Victorians understand their rights and responsibilities when dealing with energy and water providers. To spread awareness, we actively engage with communities, offering free presentations to support agencies, network groups, and community organisations.

This event is part of the Wyndham Learning Festival 1-7 September.  Check out over 100 FREE events here.
