- The importance of understanding financial information, particularly the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement. By having financial awareness, businesses are better able to manage revenue, cash, and profits.
- Practical tools and analysis of the information.
- Importance of cashflow planning and comparing actuals with your budgeted predications.
