In the first session of the Managing Your Farm Business series, Deb Purvis of Purvis AgriFinance discusses understanding the numbers of your business, to help you make informed financial decisions in your farm business.
The workshop will cover:
- What are the stories behind the numbers
- Taxable income vs profit
- Benchmarking and KPI’s
- Investments and CAPEX decision making
This workshop forms part of a 3 part series – it is not essential but highly encouraged to attend each workshop for the greatest benefit. A full session pass allows you to attend all 3 sessions at a reduced price.
