Now open to a broader audience, this workshop offers a deep dive into personal awareness, practical tools, and transformational insight.

Please arrive from 8:30am for a 9:00am start – we aim to conclude at 4:00pm. We ask that you plan accordingly and make any necessary arrangements to ensure you can be fully present—this will help you get the most from the experience and contribute to the success of the group as a whole.
