Join us for an evening of Conscious Dance, celebrating the vibrant energy of spring!

Following our last event, 'Journey Inward,' where we embraced the introspective energy of winter, we are excited to present our next offering: Unfurl.

Come alive with us as we unfurl to the rhythm of the music. Let go of the past and step into the present moment with an open heart and mind.

Embrace the season of renewal and allow yourself to transform and flourish. Welcome in rejuvenation and an abundance of energy to propel you toward what lights you up.

What to Expect:

Expect a fun, high energy evening that encourages you to connect with your vitality, and blossom into your fullest expression. 

Dj Bloom Spiral will take you on an enchanting and hypnotic musical journey that will entice your wild spirit within to come out and play!

We will provide a safe space that allow you to move freely and connect to yourself and the music without distraction. This means all shoes, devices, and chatting will be put aside while dance is in session.

Cacao will be offered for heart opening and connection.

Flow of the evening

• Guests will be offered a mug of heart-opening ceremonial-grade Cacao upon arrival.  For those who have not previously experienced this sacred brew, more information can be found here. (Vegan and Gluten Free)
• Guided breath and movement meditation to drop into and open the space
• 1-1.5 hours of free dance where you will be taken on a global musical journey inspired by shamanic, tribal and organic beats.
• Savasana + Sound Bath to integrate the dance session close the space
  
  

What to Bring

• Please bring a cushion sit on.
• Please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated
• An open mind,  heart and a willingness to let go and allow the music to move whatever needs to shift within you.
