The Unfolding is a beautifully curated day retreat to offer you the space to gently blossom into this season, to reconnect with your body, and to lean into the inner wisdom that comes from connecting to self-expression and movement.

AMY KATE

With more than a decade of embodied experience in dance, movement and and yogic practices, Phoebe's way of teaching is deeply rooted in the art of self-discovery through the intricate connection between mind and body. She is a strong advocate for embracing and welcoming rest not merely as a reward, but as a fundamental necessity in our journey towards holistic well-being. Through her own experiences of grief, change, travel and self-exploration, she fosters a methodology that revolves around a gentle and intuitive approach, guided by the wisdom of the nervous system, and anchored in the language of the body.

Amy Kate is a yoga teacher and breath work instructor. Nestled in the wild embrace of Piha on New Zealand's West Coast, she finds herself immersed in the infinite energy of nature, drawing inspiration for her practice and teachings. In tandem with her yoga practice, Amy has developed a profound appreciation for the breath as a portal to presence and spirit. She facilitates journeys of self-exploration and healing, guiding students toward a deeper connection with their breath and their own innate inner wisdom. Within this space, she allows her students space to reconnect with their inner essence, to find safety and ease within their being and to bridge the space between body, mind and spirit.
