This is a 3 hour embodied connection experience.
Includes:
Cacao ceremony
Group sharing
Embodied Ecstatic Dance
Authentic relating exercises
live music
& more.
This event will take you on a journey to a place of deep connection.
You will be guided through powerful connection practices to join in union with yourself and others.This is a way to connect with your community and friends. To receive love, authentic validation from others and to give from an open heart.

Do you desire to witness the layers you have surrounding your body and heart that get in the way of deeply connecting with other humans?
Do you desire to open your heart to give and receive love in an authentic way?Then this event will be the perfect place to start.
This will be a completely safe and supportive container to step into.
No experience needed, just a willingness to open.

What to expect:
- We will begin with a cacao ceremony to open to channel of the heart
- Then weaving our way into a sharing space, with 1-on-1 connection with someone else. A way to drop the layers around self, and fully arrive into the space.
- You'll then experience the power of movement, through a guided embodied ecstatic dance class. Opening the body to receive it all.
- Followed by a somatic experience of connecting with another soul through words, silence and authentic relating practices.
- Finished by some sacred sounds of voice and guitar to soften and integrate the night.

About your hosts:You will be lead and held by Ceri (soularliving). A somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, and embodied ecstatic dance facilitator. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training.
She will be supported by her good friends (cause it's all about connection):
Margaux (Oya.nz) who will lead the cacao ceremony & Valentina who will take you through a beautiful sound journey.

This is my final workshop held in Christchurch before leaving to travel Europe. This is my way of saying goodbye to my community (in service). I would love to see you there.
