Starting Strong is here! This practical, friendly, hands-on workshop is designed to help you feel prepared for your first classes, feel at ease, and put panic to rest.

We’ll walk you through what to expect and how to get the most out of your timetabled activities—tutorials, workshops, pracs, studios, or whatever they may be! You’ll also get to practise the key skills you need to hit the ground running. Meet your cohort, make connections, and learn how to:

• Make your timetable work for you

• Navigate and master getting the most out of your classes

• Stay on top of readings and assessments, and 

• Manage your study with confidence

 Settle into university and wave goodbye to first-day nerves with Starting Strong.
