The Nature Reset
Event description
The Nature Reset
Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in your head? Join us for The Nature Reset—a hands-on, reflective workshop designed to help you reconnect with the natural world and reset.
Through guided activities, quiet observation, and engaging discussion, we’ll explore:
• What happens to your body and mind in nature
• Why nature is so powerful for stress relief and mental clarity
• The difference between simply being outdoors and truly connecting
• How nature supports physical, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing
The workshop is facilitated by Taylor Berrett, a current PhD student at UniSC researching nature connectedness, sociality, and wellbeing.
Whether you’re craving calm, seeking focus, or just curious about the science behind nature’s benefits, this session offers a refreshing pause and practical insights to carry with you.
No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and a readiness to reset in nature.
