During the course we will look at 4 main areas:

1. Awareness capacity - Learn to recognize tensions/polarities within yourself.
2. Processing capacity - Cultivate the capacity to be with tensions in mind & body.
3. Integration - Learn how to integrate tension through embodiment exercices & group work.
4. Continuing the Cycle - Walk away with tools and practices to recognize, be with/process & integrate polarities within yourself at all times - continuing the layers.

Working with polarities has allowed me, and people I work with, to truly and more wholly be in the world.

Polarity Integration is an essential & Integral part of any self-development or spiritual practice.

This is particularly powerful for Cleaning Up any biases & blindspots that might be in the way of embodied Growing Up capacity of being with yourself and in the world in a genuine wholistic way (Showing Up). Which then facilitates an awakened grounded stable individual.

This is a process into YOUR true identity.

This course is particularly unique as we look to make the shifts & insights true for you, in a lived embodied way, not merely new understandings & learnings.

Sara’s life's-work with her clients is a vehicle to re-evoke an embodied truth, playfulness, sincerity and love on an individual and social level.

The process enables individuals to realise their full potential as a (human) being, and re-align that way of being in moment-to-moment living and being.

As a professionally trained Master Neuro-Linguistic practitioner and Integral Development Coach, Integral Semantic Facilitator, Breathwork practitioner, Creative artist and Speaker she holds space for people to access, strengthen and sequence the resources that are already present inside of every individual. In the process we will look at the deep routed drivers and meta-drivers that currently shape your reality and are behind all your actions and behaviours.

Individuals engage Sara for the expansive mind and heart-opening awareness she brings into the coaching process - this enables them to see themselves, their work/business, their challenges and their relationships from multiple perspectives, which allows for flexibility, choice and endless play.

Through her spiritual inquiry she has an ability in working with different facets of reality, evolutionary unfolding and human growth and potential.
