Event description

Universal Peace Day Event is created by our community friend and Spiritual Ambassador for Peace, Jorge Videla. Jorge will bring his heart and vision for all community to come together for Peace. The Event will include other amazing community people such as Nina Sackprasith (multi-award-winning social entrepreneur, artist, and holistic counsellor) and Anne Reardon (wildlife rescuer, volunteer, photographer and advocate). As well as the youth from our community who will deliver their important messages for Peace.

Jorge brings heart, humility and his powerful message of Universal Peace through his insights, storytelling and life experience. At Creative Hearts Co. his interactive workshops and previous Book Launch event have inspired youth and families alike.

Jorge's passion for using words to uplift, connect, and ignite hope is truly felt by everyone in the room - his presence is both grounding and unforgettable. Jorge is a spiritual man who sees his life purpose is in doing God's work. Jorge is dearly connected to Pachamama - Mother Earth and his Latin American homeland, Chile.

Nina Sackprasith is a multi-award-winning social entrepreneur, artist, and holistic counsellor dedicated to helping others reclaim their voice, purpose, and inner power. As the founder of Vivre Co and Vivre Wellness, Nina weaves together emotional health, breathwork, creative expression, and conscious leadership to inspire personal and collective transformation. From launching youth entrepreneurship programs to leading wellness workshops, and founding a women’s economic empowerment initiative in Malawi, Nina’s work is grounded in lived experience, deep empathy, and fierce commitment to social change. Her vibrant storytelling, authenticity, and heart-led approach have made her a sought-after voice in wellness, creativity, and impact spaces. Whether she’s on stage or in community, Nina brings warmth, wisdom, and the courage to speak to what truly matters.

Anne is a wildlife rescuer, volunteer, photographer and advocate. Working with Bat Conservation and Rescue, Wildcare and the RSPCA and conservation projects such as the Powerful Owl and Bird Places projects, she brings a unique perspective to today’s Peace Forum, and reminds us, that true peace, includes harmony with the natural world. She has, for the last decade, recorded the lives of our wild neighbours through the lens of a camera, sharing their lives and encouraging empathy, understanding and connectedness. Through hands on rescue work with some of our most misunderstood, overlooked and often maligned species, she can testify to the enormous power and impact of acts of small acts of kindness and compassion, the difference it makes when we simply chose to care and the very positive role we can all play in making the world a more rewarding, peaceful and harmonious place for all of its inhabitants.
