    Event description

Academic staff are invited to an online lunchtime seminar on Tuesday 7 March from 1pm-2pm to hear about the opportunities available through academic-industry partnerships. This Seminar is open to research and academic staff across all disciplines; early and mid-career academics are specifically encouraged to attend.

Many benefits can be unlocked through collaboration with industry partners. By working with external businesses and organisations you can build mutually beneficial relationships that turn your research into commercial reality and generate significant societal impact.

This is an opportunity to hear first-hand from academic colleagues on the benefits of collaborating with Industry, and from R&E staff on the funding and programmes available to support these relationships (eg. Collaborative Studentships, Innovate UK funding, KTP, Innovation Vouchers etc.). There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
