Important Information for Whānau and Friends Arrival

Guests will enter through the main entrance and have their tickets scanned on arrival. Please have your tickets out ready.
All seating is general admission (seats are not allocated).
Guests must be seated no later than 9.20am for the morning celebration and no later than 1.20pm for the afternoon celebration.
Guests will not be permitted to enter while the Academic procession is proceeding onto the stage, during the National Anthem or during the mid-point musical item.

Vendors

Onsite vendors will include Ilam Florist for whānau and friends to purchase bouquets for their graduates as well as Now & Forever Images who will be selling frames for graduates certificates. UBS will also be onsite selling Graduation Bears as well as Honour Rings.

There will also be food and coffee vendors located outside the venue for attendees to purchase before and after the ceremonies, these can be bought into the arena.

COVID-19 Mask Wearing

Although mask wearing is no longer compulsory under the Governments’ Orange setting, our very strong public health advice is that guests are encouraged to wear one wherever physical distancing is not possible.

Parking
There is a large complimentary car park on-site however space is subject to availability. Mobility Parking is available directly opposite the front entry, in the main car park. Only vehicles with the appropriate Mobility Pass will be allowed entry.
