University of Newcastle x UNSA End of Year Student Gala

Step into the future and celebrate your year in style at the University of Newcastle x UNSA End of Year Student Gala!  

Join us from 5pm on Friday 5 December in the stunning Great Hall at Callaghan campus, for an unforgettable evening marking the close of the year and the next 60 years ahead for our University.   

This elegant evening will feature the UNSA Awards Ceremony where we’ll celebrate our four outstanding student award winners and seven exceptional club award recipients 🎉 ALL students are invited to celebrate and enjoy the award celebrations as well as a ✨ sparkling cocktail hour, delicious canapés and sit-down dinner with dessert, plus a drinks package to keep the celebrations flowing 🥂while you dance the night away and hit up the photobooth to your heart's content.  

You serve up the futuristic glam and we’ll handle the rest of the "Into the Future" theme – think immersive light experiences, reflections, glowing, metallics, and more! 

With an excuse to dress up, dazzling entertainment, and incredible food, this is the event you won’t want to miss. End your year on a high!

5:00pm – Cocktail Hour (Outdoor Foyer) 

6:00pm – Official Welcome (Great Hall) 

6:15pm - UNSA Awards  

7:00pm – Entertainment, Dinner, Dessert & Dance the night away  

10:30pm – Event Concludes
