Due to demand, we’re bringing Nick Melidonis’ Lightroom Classic Develop Module workshop back for a second session.

Lightroom Classic is the software of choice for photographers looking for a fast, easy and intuitive workflow to edit their images. In the latest version of Lightroom Classic, the workflow has become so powerful that many enthusiast and professional photographers are bypassing Photoshop altogether.

✨ The latest masking abilities in Lightroom offer incredible flexibility, allowing you to creatively select specific areas of an image for targeted adjustments. You can also create numerous versions of the same image while taking up only kilobytes of space.

A Hands-On Day with Nick Melidonis

This hands-on, small-group workshop will focus on the Develop module and explore Lightroom Classic’s creative tools in detail, including:

• Understanding and using the main Develop modules

• Advanced editing techniques

• Lightroom Classic’s powerful masking tools

• Creative ways to make targeted adjustments

• Building an efficient editing workflow

• Hands-on practice with sample images

• Tips and techniques from Nick Melidonis

If you attended the Lightroom Introduction session at PhotoLive Expo 2026, this workshop will take you further into the Develop module, with a more in-depth look at the tools and techniques available in Lightroom Classic.

You’ll also spend dedicated time exploring Lightroom’s masking tools and putting them into practice with sample images under Nick’s guidance.

Learn by Doing

Nick will provide participants with a copy of all the images he uses during the workshop.

Nick will demonstrate each technique step-by-step, before you repeat the process yourself on your own laptop. This hands-on approach gives you the chance to practise what you’ve learned while having Nick there to guide you and answer questions along the way.

💡 If required, participants can share a laptop.

Please bring a laptop with the latest working version of Lightroom Classic installed and ready to use on the day.

This is a deliberately small-group workshop with a maximum of just 8 participants.

A minimum of 6 registrations is required for the workshop to proceed. If minimum numbers are not reached, the session will be cancelled.
