In this 90 minute session you will release your inner Bedroom Baddie.

Under the guidance of Caitlin Bridgette (Sex Coach, Sensual Movement Guide and Professional Burlesque Performer) you will unlock your confidence both in and out of the bedroom. She will provide you with the knowledge and tools to tap into the powerful sexual energy within.

Caitlin will also guide you through a movement practice to integrate everything you’ve learned into your body. You will learn a sensual, beginner friendly chair dance routine that will get your heart racing in all the best ways.

This workshop is open to all women and AFAB folx who are interested in living a more pleasure-filled life and learning to speak their deepest desires into existence.

The movement portion of the workshop is open to all skill levels from absolute beginner to advanced dancer. Caitlin is disability informed and can alter choreography to ensure all class members can participate to a level suitable for their abilities.

What to bring:

• A water bottle
• A notepad and pen if you want to take notes
• A button down shirt, cardigan or light zip fronted jacket that you can wear and remove while dancing

What to wear:

• Something comfy to sit in
• You may like to wear something underneath (or bring to the class) that makes you feel sexy for the dance portion of the class
