This is not a webinar or a lecture. This is an experiential, body-based workshop where you will drop below the neck and feel the part of yourself you have been hiding. The part that is more alive, more expressed, more free.

This is an experiential, somatic embodiment experience -where you will drop below the neck, into your body, and taste the part of yourself you’ve been hiding under the surface.

In 90 minutes together we will -

~Explore the patriarchal history of why women have been taught to suppress their voices and how we came to adopt the good girl and pleaser roles in our lives. From the witch trials, through centuries of persecution, to women in countries like Afghanistan who are still being prevented from speaking, being seen and being heard today.

~Drop into the body and feel where the good girl, the pleaser, the fixer, the saver lives — and begin to loosen her grip.

~Meet the wild, primal, powerful version of you that has been underneath the surface all along.

~Move, express and reclaim - through somatic practice, breath and sound - the parts of you that have been buried under layers of conditioning and a lifetime of being told to stay small.

This is not just personal healing. This is a reclamation. For our ancestors and for the women who were silenced before us. For the women still being silenced today.

We get to do this - for ourselves and for them.

Elodie is a feminine initiation mentor, embodiment guide, utilizes somatic & shadow work as her modalities of teaching. She is dedicated to walking beside women as they remember their full power, their truthful expression, and their soul essence.

Her work is devoted to the liberation of women's voices, their truth, their wildness, to activating and awakening womb wisdom, reclaiming sensuality, pleasure, and eros, and giving women permission to fully inhabit their most sovereign, unapologetic, primal selves.

As a registered nurse and trauma-informed practitioner, she brings both clinical safety and somatic depth to her work. She has walked solo pilgrimages around the world to sacred sites and has spent years studying the body, the feminine psyche, shadow work, and the ancient wisdom of the wild woman.
