Unleashed is an opportunity to explore the liberating power of the breath—unlocking clarity, release, and expansion from within.
This is the full Unleashed x Breath experience, a powerful and immersive 2.5 hour guided journey of exploration into the breath in the context of a safe, intentional and confidential setting. You will be held, guided and supported throughout with compassion and care, having plenty of space to integrate your experience, however big or small; subtle or profound.
This space is designed to help you liberate your natural, authentic expression by releasing energy trapped inside of your body (usually due to traumatic experiences where we supressed our expression in some way). Whatever form this takes, be it emotional release, physical movement, sound or combinations of these means of human expression, it is all welcome here.
Whatever your experience, you can trust in the innate intelligence of your remarkable body and your unconscious mind to bring you exactly what you need, and no more than you are capable of handling. The breath is amazing like that.
So join us and trust your breath to lead you ever closer to a state of true liberation, free of self-limiting patterns and free to create the life you truly desire to live. Filled with meaning, purpose, joy and love.
During the session, you may experience:

✨ Deep nervous system relaxation
✨ Mental clarity and heightened awareness
No two journeys are the same, and whatever unfolds for you in this space is exactly what is meant to.
Flow of the Session
Our time together will follow this intentional structure:
1️⃣ Guided Movement Practice – We begin with gentle movement to warm up and prepare the body and mind for the breathwork.
2️⃣ Grounding Meditation – A short meditation to bring you into the present moment and deepen your connection to yourself.
3️⃣ Opening Circle & Check-In – An opportunity for introductions and personal sharing, creating a safe and connected group space.
4️⃣ Breathwork Introduction & Technique – A brief talk on the breath and the specific technique we’ll be using to guide our journey.
5️⃣ Integration Sharing Circle – After the breathwork, space will be held for those who wish to share their experience and insights.
6️⃣ Aftercare Guidance – Tips on how to continue integrating your experience after the session, including self-care and reflection practices.
7️⃣ Closing Check-Out Round – A final moment to reflect, close the circle, and complete the session feeling grounded and supported.
A Safe and Guided Experience
Breathwork is an inherently safe practice when facilitated correctly. You will be fully supported in a safe and intentional space, guided by me, Sam Tyrrell. All you need to do is arrive with an open mind and be your authentic self.
Contraindications
Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:
- Cardiovascular issues (including high/low blood pressure not managed with medication)
- Severe asthma
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Pregnancy
- Recent major surgeries
- Diagnosed severe psychiatric conditions (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder)
If any of these apply to you, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
Pre-Session Preparation
To make the most of your breathwork experience, please:
✔️ Try to eat no later than 2 hours prior to the session so your stomach is cleared of food (deep breathing will be far more comfortable and easy this way)
✔️ Drink plenty of water prior to the session as you may be breathing through your mouth (dehydrating) for a while.
✔️ Ideally don't consume caffiene before the session, so you can be as relaxed as possible.
✔️ Wear Loose, comfortable clothing (as if attending a relaxed yoga session)
✔️ A yoga or exercise mat (if you have one)
✔️ An eye mask or covering (optional, for deeper relaxation)
✔️ A jumper or hoodie in case your body temperature shifts during the session
✔️ Complete, sign and submit your online waiver and health questionnaire form at least 24h before the session start time
