Join Charlie for a spicy six hour extravaganza workshop, designed to explore the depths nuances and delicious secret parts of your sensuality and sexuality at a slow pace that works for you. Beginning our day with an introductory session where we breakdown some of the emotional and mental challenges that hold us back from unleashing our sexuality, followed by a 45 minute meditative flow warmup that is designed to get you out of your head and into your body, feeling warm, fuzzy, and limber. 

Then the magic truly starts as we work through the 5 phases of our journey.

Phase 1 - Know Yourself

Know yourself is where you can explore the connection that you have with your own sexuality and sensuality, and working to understand the internal monologue that coaches you as you step into this intimate headspace. 

Phase 2 - Ground Yourself

Ground yourself is where we will explore how we relate to our environments, how we hold space for ourselves outside of our own heads when expression expressing our sexuality.

Phase 3 - Connect Yourself

Connect yourself is where you can recognise how you connect to the world and people around you, and how this connection impacts how you see yourself.

Phase 4 - Unleash Yourself

Unleash yourself is about taking this newfound understanding of self to the next level and realising the unlimited potential of your divine self.

Phase 5 - Celebrate Yourself

Celebrate yourself is the final phase of our workshop where you'll find out just what you are capable of doing with this power you’ve been unleashed. The world is your playground, and we want to see you thrive.

As part of this package you'll get to treat yourself to a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic deliciousness), grazing board, and sweets. 

This is a safe, trauma-informed, queer friendly space for all genders and sexualities, and is also suitable for the culturally and linguistically diverse communities. 

This day workshop seeks to be a safe space to explore yourself in a raw, vulnerable, and deep manner. As such, when our group feels comfortable, we will touch on sensitive topics and it is likely you may be in contact with traumatic stories. Please know that if you are not ready for this openness or it steps past your boundaries at the time, you are welcome to step out and re-join the group as you need. Charlie is there to use their 15 years of experience to guide you through this workshop and journey at your own pace.

Whilst we will use choreography, dance, and movement throughout the day, this is fundamentally a course that is about understanding how you move, why you move, and how you experience pleasure and desire on a deeper level. We are using dance and movement as the methodology, not the goal, and there is no prerequisite experience needed to join.

This is the debut of this course in its form and the accumulation of a lifetime of work, passion, and absolute gratitude from Charlie. They would be thrilled, humbled, and overjoyed if you could join them for this very special workshop.
