This in-person day retreat in Brighton is designed to help women reconnect with their courageous hearts, explore their Future Selves, and move forward with renewed purpose.

Guided by two experienced coaches, the day includes:

✨ A delicious lunch and refreshments

✨ Optional courageous activity - swimming in ocean (BYO bathers and towel - shower and changing facilities onsite)
