Day 1: Unlocking the HiddenDynamics in Business
An in-person experiential workshop using The Circle Tool and Business Constellation to uncover and work with the hidden and moving dynamics within your organization. Specifically addressing practical ways to surface and resolve unseen tensions, build stronger relationships and align teams toward a shared purpose.
When: November 8, 2024.
Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Recommended for: Business Owners, CEO’s, Presidents, Leaders, Managers, Trainers, Coaches and People who work with People.
Objectives:
- Reveal Hidden Dynamics: Identify and address relational, structural, and power dynamics within teams.
- The Circle Tool: Adapt the Circle Tool for quick, hands-on exploration of organizational, team or leadership issues on a small scale.
- Organizational Constellations: Use full-body constellation work to explore deep systemic patterns.
- Integrate into Leadership and Coaching: Apply both tools to improve business culture, align team collaboration, communication, and leadership effectiveness and drive growth.

Day 2: Unlocking the Hidden Dynamics Families and Relationships
Come join us for an in-person experiential workshop to uncover and work with dynamics within a family or personal relationship system. Are you longing for deeper peace, clarity in your relationships, or a sense of release from old family patterns? Family Constellation Work provides a gentle and insightful way to explore the hidden dynamics within your family system that may be affecting your life today.

In this workshop we will show how “representatives” can be used to make visible the hidden dynamics of a family or an issue in a way that allows us to see new possibilities for change and a positive path forward.
