Let’s be real: sometimes the muse shows up with jazz hands and a tambourine, and sometimes she’s face-down on the couch eating saltines. This workshop is for both of you.

In Unscripted, we’ll spend three messy, brave, beautiful hours using psychodrama—a soulful mix of role play, improvisation, and embodied storytelling—to get curious about the stuck places and the shimmering ones. Psychodrama is like therapy in motion, where you give voice to the parts of yourself you usually shush, and maybe even meet your inner critic in person (they’re exhausting, but also kind of hilarious).

This isn’t about performance. It’s about permission. Permission to play, to tell the truth, to remember what it feels like when your creativity isn’t trying to be good, just real.

No experience necessary—just a willingness to show up, breathe, and maybe be surprised by what’s still alive in you.
