4 WEEK PROGRAM — NOVEMBER 2026

November 1 – November 30, 2026

We’ll finish the program with a workshop and feed together.

THE 4 WEEKS

Face-to-face once a week — every Saturday morning.

Saturday morning is about checking in, resetting, staying accountable and planning for the week ahead — especially around the negative habits, toxic environments and people that can pull us backwards.

Daily check-ins from everyone.

No alcohol for the full four weeks — plus any other vices you choose to give up that are holding you back.

This could be gambling, drugs, takeaway, social media, porn, sugar or anything else you know isn’t serving you. You choose it, you own it, you stick to it.

Sunday is planning day.
We plan the week ahead and get clear on what needs to happen each day.

Every Wednesday — Weekly Challenge.

On the days we meet, bring:

● Journal

● Diary

● Towel

● Water

● Joggers

We’ll be meeting indoors and outdoors, depending on what we’re doing that week.

WHAT WE’LL WORK ON

Habits. Accountability. Discipline. Forgiveness. Comfort zone. Growth. Sustainability. Support. Integrity. Goal setting.

You’ll also be required to join our private WhatsApp group.

This is where the accountability happens — daily check-ins, support, engagement and keeping each other moving forward.
