UNSW Business Society Presents: Lost Worlds Orientation Camp 2024

As university approaches and the next chapter of your life starts to begin… unlock the new world that is UNIVERSITY at UNSW BSOC’S 2024 ORIENTATION CAMP: LOST WORLDS ✨✨. 

Every year, UNSW BSOC runs one of the largest orientation camps on campus - 3 days of fun-filled adventure where Business School students can meet their new cohort. At Camp, attendees can explore the different worlds university has to offer, ensuring that you can find yourself as the new year begins! ☄️☄️

Over the course of three days, attendees will get the chance to meet fellow first-year students, form lasting friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. DON’T MISS OUT - BSOC Orientation Camp is open to ALL FIRST YEAR BUSINESS STUDENTS who are ready to experience an event that many call their FIRST and BEST university event! Doesn’t matter if you know no-one or everyone - Camp is an open and inclusive space where you can begin the best years of your university life. 🫶💯

---TICKETS & HOW TO PAY---

Early-Bird Price: $290
General Ticket Price: $300
Due to high demand and limited tickets, tickets will be sold in FOUR SEPERATE ONLINE releases only at 11:00AM on the following dates:
EARLY BIRD RELEASE ($290/pp): Tuesday 6th February
FIRST RELEASE: Thursday 8th February
SECOND RELEASE: Friday 9th February
RAFFLE TICKETS: UNTIL 11.59 PM FRIDAY 9th February 

A Link will be uploaded to both FACEBOOK and INSTA at 11am, allowing you to purchase tickets.

-----------------------PLEASE NOTE-----------------------
*A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be paid through the Humanitix link, which will secure your position at camp. This is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*The Humanitix booking fee is SEPARATE from the ticket price - i.e. Total costs = Humanitix booking fee + Camp ticket price
*The remainder of the full payment must then be transferred ON THE NIGHT the deposit is paid with details provided through email.
Due to the popularity of the event and in turn, its limited spots, an individual may only purchase ONE ticket per day.
If you do miss out on a ticket, we will release a form after all releases to place you in a raffle, which will be drawn randomly to allocate any remaining tickets. You may also visit the BSOC stall during O-week to register for the raffle. You will be contacted by the end of O-Week if you have been successful in securing a ticket.
The ticketing will be hosted on Humanatix, link and details will be provided at a later date.

--- IMPORTANT INFORMATION ---
* To attend camp, you must be studying under the UNSW Business School: Bachelor of Actuarial Studies, Commerce, Commerce (International), Combined Commerce, Economics, or Information Systems.
* There will be a Gendered Misconduct Module that all attendees must complete.
* Additionally, all attendees are required to RAT-test 24 hours prior to camp.
