UNSW MTS Presents: Merrily We Roll Along
Event description
Event Description:
UNSW MTS is proud to present MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG.
Following a trio of old friends – Franklin Shepard, a composer; Charley Kringas, his writing partner lyricist; and Mary Flynn, an upcoming novelist. All three are primed to change the world through words and music. However, life has a way of opening doors that take them further away from what – and who – they love. Famously told in reverse, MERRILY bittersweetly investigates how grown-up sellouts are forged from wide-eyed poets.
Don’t miss this rare chance to see one of Sondheim’s most heartfelt and personal shows! Playing for a limited run from the 8th to the 13th of July, 2025 at Studio One, UNSW.
Content Warning: please note this production contains instances of loud sound effects and infrequent coarse language.
