Fi is a Mindset & Regulation Coach, somatic healer, psychic intuitive, and feminine embodiment guide who helps women shift from stress to safety, self-doubt to self-trust, and survival to thriving. Known for her grounded wisdom, soulful sass, and powerful intuitive insight, she weaves nervous system healing, mindset work, energy healing, and psychic guidance into spaces that are both deeply transformative and wildly empowering.
