Description
UNTAMED SHAKESPEARE presents MACBETH
As twilight falls and the stars begin to appear, Shakespeare comes alive in the beautiful surrounds of Fig Tree Park (Merv Anderson Park).
Lock&Hock Productions presents the first ever UNTAMED SHAKESPEARE — an exciting new outdoor theatre experience bringing one of Shakespeare’s greatest tragedies to life with an outstanding cast of Central Queensland performers, directed by renowned theatre educator, Nola Smith.
Step into the dark and dangerous world of Macbeth, where ambition, power, prophecy and betrayal collide. Watch as the natural landscape becomes part of the story and the park transforms into an atmospheric open-air theatre.
Bring your picnic, pack a rug or chair, gather your friends and family, and settle in for an evening of live theatre under the lights and stars.
Power. Ambition. Betrayal. Macbeth.
Come and experience Shakespeare… UNTAMED.
